TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Boundary BI (“Contractor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following:

1. Services

Boundary BI will provide consulting, reporting, and related services as agreed in writing with the Client. Deliverables and timelines will be defined in project agreements or statements of work.

2. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

• Provide timely access to necessary data, systems, and personnel.

• Ensure data supplied is accurate and lawful.

• Pay invoices within the agreed payment terms.

3. Rates & Payment

Our services are billed at agreed hourly or project rates. Additional work outside of agreed scope may incur further costs.

4. Performance & Revisions

Boundary BI will deliver services with reasonable care and skill. If errors are identified, we will correct them within a reasonable timeframe at no additional cost.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All project deliverables remain the intellectual property of Boundary BI until invoices are paid in full.

• Clients receive a licence to use the deliverables for their internal business purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public business, financial, and technical information strictly confidential.

7. Availability

As a freelance consulting service, work may primarily be delivered outside of standard business hours. Meetings and communication will be arranged by mutual agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with [30] days’ written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
